What is Active Mentoring 

 

Sector Light provides Active Mentoring to advanced startup (Series A+)  Founders/CEOs.

 

We act like a part-time executive chair and part time coach. A mentor without any shareholder or Director bias.

​

It is actively being held accountable by someone who can deeply empathise with your current situation and can provide frameworks and templates for you to consider when working through challenges, creating opportunities or making decisions.

FAQs

What is the engagement process with you?

  • We will meet for 50 mins each week for the first 4 weeks and fortnightly thereafter.

  • I am on call via WhatsApp and phone (if needed) at any time

  • I will need to meet your exec team and review content like; board papers, strategy docs and IMs 

  • Complete anonymity if requested

  • Meetings can be virtual or in person.

  • At least 2 in person meetings per year  

  • You have access to all my library of templates, contacts, plans and documents, available on request

  • Whilst there will be some reflective work, you should expect be held to account on agreed tasks.

What does an typical session look like?

How does it work and how much does it cost?

  • As a CEO it's rare to find time to think through the "important". Our session time is yours.

  • You can can bring up what ever issue you'd like to talk through and will we help you explore it.

  • Assisting you to decide and act with a positive mindset, the most appropriate action to take. 

  • We get actively involved

  • We have one price, $4k (+GST) per month, paid monthly in advance. 6 months minimum booking. 

  • Full money back guarantee at any point in first 3 months
